The SPCA rushed to the house and found a black labrador half unconscious and a healthy and joyful german shepard in a cage . The half unconscious dog was rushed to the SPCA and was treated , whilst the other dog was taken to the SPCA and kept there , the half unconsious dog was half the size of a normal labrador , he had a broken leg , a broken jaw and a large wound on his ear and back . The vets could not do anything and had to put him to sleep ... Vets say that the dog could have been last fed 1 to 3 weeks ago . The damage on his body were too seviere to treat . The owner of the dog was charged with 1 to 2 years behind bars , and will not be allowed to adopt another pet. Te kitten was abused and beaten all over her body . There was a wound on the victim's head which was bleeding very badly . The lady who had spotted the kitten dead said that she saw a man in a car throwing the kitten to the floor of the car and beating it with a thick stick . The witness got the plate number of the suspect's car .
