The Findings : The SPCA were called by a lady saying that her neighbour's dog looked like it was dying . The SPCA rushed to the house and found a black labrador half unconscious and a healthy and joyful german shepard in a cage . The half unconscious dog was rushed to the SPCA and was treated , whilst the other dog was taken to the SPCA and kept there , the half unconsious dog was half the size of a normal labrador , he had a broken leg , a broken jaw and a large wound on his ear and back . The vets could not do anything and had to put him to sleep ... Vets say that the dog could have been last fed 1 to 3 weeks ago . The damage on his body were too seviere to treat . The owner of the dog was charged with 1 to 2 years behind bars , and will not be allowed to adopt another pet. The german shepard has been adopted by a family with 2 children that love dogs .
